This policy explains what information Autolah Sdn Bhd (“Autolah”, “we”) collects when you visit autolah.com or sign up for one of our waitlists, and how we handle it. This draft is a starting point; review with legal counsel before relying on it for any regulated use.

What we collect

Waitlist signups. When you submit the waitlist form, we store your email address, the product you signed up for, the page you came from, your user agent, and your IP address.
Basic web analytics. If enabled, aggregate page-view data only. No third-party trackers.

How we use it

To email you when the product you requested launches or materially changes.
To understand signup patterns (aggregate counts, not individual behaviour).
To prevent abuse of the waitlist endpoint (rate-limiting).

What we don't do

We don't sell your email address to anyone.
We don't share waitlist data with third parties except as required by law.
We don't use your signup for advertising retargeting.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your waitlist signup at any time by emailing [email protected]. We’ll remove your record within 14 days. If you’re in the EU/UK, the usual GDPR rights apply (access, rectification, erasure, objection).

Where your data lives

Data is stored in our managed PostgreSQL database, hosted on Oracle Cloud (Kuala Lumpur region). Backups are encrypted at rest. We retain waitlist records until you ask us to delete them or until 24 months after the last launch notification we send you.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and email everyone on the waitlist.
