Why we're building this
Every SME we’ve worked with runs on a stack of disconnected tools: a messaging app for customers, a spreadsheet for inventory, a bank portal for payments, and a handful of people stitching them together by hand. The “integration” happens in human heads. When someone is sick, the stitching breaks.
The incumbents have tried to solve this with sprawling all-in-one platforms — a single product that does everything, poorly. Our bet is the opposite: focused tools, one shared identity, APIs that honor each other by default.
What we've built
AutoChat — an AI WhatsApp layer that drafts replies, books appointments, pulls from your knowledge base, and hands off to your team when a conversation needs a human. Live in beta with customers in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
More tools in the family are in active development. We’ll introduce them here when they’re ready for real customers — not before.
Principles we won't compromise on
- Human-in-the-loop by default. AI drafts; people approve when it matters.
- Own the export button. Your data leaves in a reasonable format at any time. No lock-in.
- Fair pricing. Usage-based floor, predictable ceiling. No per-seat traps.
